(“Alantra Solar Fund”) are European Venture Capital Funds with an investment objective of generating value for its Investors through the acquisition of temporary stakes in the portfolio companies in order to promote for the portfolio companies, directly or indirectly, the acquisition, development, financing, construction and management of certain photovoltaic plants -initially located in Spain and Italy- with an estimate initial capacity equivalent to 1,665MWp.
Alantra Development Solar, SCR, S.A. is a venture capital firm primarily focused on investing in assets during the development phase. The core objective is to acquire temporary stakes through investments in equity, preferred shares, and/or convertible or non-convertible debt in non-financial companies that are not listed on the primary stock market or any other equivalent regulated market in the European Union or other OECD member countries. These companies must also be of a non-real estate nature.
