Sanjit Benawra

Sanjit is a director at Alantra and has eight years of M&A experience. He works alongside our partners to deliver all types of deals including company acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, fund raisings and strategic reviews, acting for business owners, management teams, corporates and private equity. Sanjit is a member of our global Technology team and has a particular focus on the software businesses.

Before joining Alantra, Sanjit worked for a boutique M&A firm focusing on the technology and business services sector. A graduate in Economics & Accountancy from City, University of London, Sanjit qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.
