Sambit Misra

Sambit is the Director of Portfolio Migration and Change within Alantra FIG. He has 20 plus years’ experience in IT and Change Management in the financial services sector and has worked in senior roles in various organisations, where he has played a key role in the areas of Product Development, Business Transformation, Strategy, Finance Planning, Budgeting, Team Building, Operational resilience, and Delivery.

At Alantra he has been the lead in a number of advisory projects on behalf of PE funds and Banks delivering on Process, People and Technology alignment for the multiple portfolios. He has also delivered on Migration, Design of business Process, MIS and Technology for the servicing outsourcing of large retail banks to servicers.

Prior to Alantra, Sambit worked as Head of Service transition in Pepper Advantage Ireland and was previously part of the management team of a SAAS Product company, building the company from seed funding to growth stage.

Sambit has an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid and holds an Engineering Degree from University of Madras along with multiple Project management and Six sigma certifications.
