Renato has over 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience. He leads the Firm’s FIG business in Milan and has advised clients as AMCO, Banco BPM, Deutsche Bank, Gardant Group, UniCredit on strategic portfolio and structured finance transactions.
Prior to Alantra, Renato worked at EY as Associate Partner, responsible for coverage of prime international financial sponsors on Italian opportunities (private equity, credit and distressed funds).
Previously he worked as Chief Investment Officer for an Italian institutional asset manager, and in the capital markets and financing division of Lehman Brothers and Société Générale in London, Commerzbank in Milan.
Renato obtained a degree summa cum laude in Economics and Social Subjects (DES) from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi, Milan.
