Philipp Holst

Philipp successfully advised private equity and corporate clients on more than 50 domestic as well as international debt transactions. He has extensive experience in structuring and arranging leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations and refinancings.

Before joining Alantra in 2019, Philipp worked for 7 years within acquisition and leveraged finance at BayernLB and Société Générale.

Philipp graduated with a Master of Finance ‘magna cum laude’ in Lausanne, and is a CFA charterholder and CAIA charterholder.
