Nicolas Senlis’ career in M&A started in 2006, working for Rothschild. He, then, joined UBS for 13 years. During this period, he advised many French entrepreneurial companies in the evolution of their capital either on LBO transactions or strategic disposals. In 2019, Nicolas Senlis has joined Alantra France where he covers Healthcare and Business Services verticals.
Over the span of 15 years in investment banking, Nicolas Senlis has advised on numerous transactions involving French companies such as Korian, Elsan, LNA Santé, Cap Gemini, Cegid, Kerudys, Provalliance, Ascometal and many others.
Nicolas holds a Magistère’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine, a MA in International Finance from Brandeis Business School (Boston) and a Master’s degree in Accounting (DECF).
