Kurt Rüegg

Kurt Rüegg has executed numerous transactions for Swiss mid-caps such as Arbonia, Forbo, Geberit, Implenia, Rieter, RUAG, SIX, Stadler Rail, VZ Group, and many others. His vast experience includes financing and M&A advisory, with special expertise in the defense of listed companies. Before founding Swiss Capital, Mr. Rüegg worked for 13 years in various executive positions in the UBS Investment Banking division in Switzerland, England, the Nordics, and Germany. Mr. Rüegg is a Board Member of several companies, including Stadler Rail Group and the Cantonal Bank of St. Gallen.

He qualified as a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration in 1985 from the University of Applied Sciences in Bern.
