John Zhou

John Zhou has been working with Alantra since 2018 and has 9 years of experience in M&A. Prior to Alantra, John had been gaining investment banking and corporate finance experience at Lincoln International, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and KPMG.

Over the span of 9 years in investment banking, John has advised on numerous M&A transactions such as the sale of GS Capsule to Advent International, the sale of BCR Group to Partners Group, the acquisition of Polysil by Elkem, the acquisition of Meiaisi by CREMER, and many other M&A transactions in China.

John holds bachelor’s degrees in Life Science and Economics (Double Major) from Peking University.
