Javier Fernández Álamos

Javier Fernández Álamos joined Alantra in March 2018 as Head of the IT Team. He is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience, having worked on international projects as a consultant for financial institutions, primarily for Banco Santander, in countries like the US, UK, Germany, and Spain.

Before joining Alantra, he led the IT team of one of the largest real estate servicers in Spain. Throughout his career, Javier has successfully managed international teams and driven transformation programs from both an IT and change management perspective.

Javier holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, having studied at E.T.S.I.T. UMA and Polytech Lille. He also holds a Master in International Management from IE Business School.
