James Chapman-Andrews

James is a Managing Director at Alantra, leading the global Technology team. With nearly 20 years of experience in Technology M&A, James has successfully completed over 65 deals across sectors including Managed Services, Tech Consulting, and Software.

Before joining Alantra, James spent nine years at Oakley Advisory, a technology-focused advisory firm in London. Prior to that, he was part of Deloitte’s TMT M&A advisory team for five years.

James began his career at BT plc after earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College London. At BT, he completed the finance graduate training scheme, gaining diverse experience through roles in BT Conferencing, Corporate Finance, and BT Global Services.
