Ernesto Plevisani

Ernesto Plevisani joined Alantra in 2023 as Managing Director to lead the Financial Sponsors coverage in Spain. Ernesto has over 16 years’ experience in investment banking, including M&A and capital raisings. Before joining Alantra, Ernesto spent 12 years at Nomura’s Iberian Investment Banking division and at Lehman Brothers in London. Most recently, he worked at FTI Capital Advisors.

Throughout his career, Ernesto has closed deals worth more than €50bn, having advised Private Equities and Corporate clients in landmark cross-border transactions in a variety of sectors.

Ernesto holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration (Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICADE).
