Borja Bollar Múgica

Borja Bollar is a Managing Director within Alantra FIG, having joined Alantra in 2015. For 9 years Borja’s career has been focused on credit portfolio, M&A and strategic advisory, including NPL, SPL and PL portfolio transactions and strategic assessment of portfolio management and operations.

Borja has led and delivered over 20 deals of non-performing and REO portfolios in Iberia, advising on over €8 billion worth of face value whilst at Alantra.

Previously, Borja worked for 5 years at TDX Indigo, a Madrid based Advisory Company specialized in Debt Recovery Management, in the Asset Sale and Valuation team. Prior to TDX Indigo, Borja was a Risk and Marketing Analyst at Capital One Bank for the Spanish and Canadian Business.

Borja holds a degree in Business Administration by Universidad Comercial de Deusto.
