Austen Koles-Boudreaux

Austen is a Managing Director within Alantra FIG, leading the team in Ratings and Capital Advisory.

Austen has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having advised the leading financial institutions and corporates globally on their balance sheet and capital management, issuance planning, and the successful execution of their strategies with the credit rating agencies – across strategic reviews, restructurings, M&A and resolution planning.

Before joining Alantra, Austen was Partner at Deloitte and, prior to this, Head of EMEA Credit Advisory at Morgan Stanley.

Austen holds a Masters Degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
