Anja Proeve

Anja has over 20 years of experience working with corporate and private equity clients on strategic M&A, equity, and debt financing options. Before joining Alantra in 2024, she worked at HSBC in London where she was Managing Director and Head of Software/Fintech. Previously, she spent time on the buy-side as a Senior Investment Director at Keensight Capital in Paris. Her extensive investment banking background also includes roles in the technology investment banking teams at Morgan Stanley in London, Barclays Capital in London, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City.

Anja holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a Master’s in Management from ESCP – EAP, European School of Management for which she studied in Oxford, Paris, and Berlin.
