Abhay Kumar

Abhay Kumar has over 20 years of experience working both as Investment Banker as well as Corporate Investment professional. Apart from originating and executing M&A transactions, he has considerable experience in creating value of the acquired asset by executing initiatives around cost-efficiencies, revenue enhancements, and realizing post-merger synergies.

Abhay has executed numerous transactions, cumulating over $6bn for his Fortune 100 clients across diverse sectors including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer & retail, Oil & Gas and Logistics. Most of his transactions have been cross-country where he demonstrated cross-cultural team leadership in the UAE, KSA, Oman, Kenya, UK, Hong Kong, and India.

Abhay holds an MBA majoring in finance from IBS (India) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. He has been certified by NSE (National Stock Exchange) for capital market dealings in India since 2004.
