Alantra advises Univeris on a growth equity investment by TELEO Capital

San Francisco – Alantra, a leading global investment bank and asset management firm, is pleased to announce that Univeris Corporation has received an investment from TELEO Capital, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles, CA. The deal was announced on June 29, 2021 and the value was not disclosed.
Univeris is a leading Canadian wealth management software platform for mutual fund dealers, securities dealers, digital banks, wealth management firms, and insurance companies. The solution enables the digital transformation of front, middle, and back-office operations for the delivery of packaged investment products such as mutual funds and ETFs. Through unified advisor workflows, the platform serves as a practice management system of record and provides clients with a 360-degree view of investments resulting in a comprehensive solution for financial advisors in the financial services, wealth management, and insurance sectors.
