Euronext Growth Advisor, Global Coordinator and Bookrunner

Milan – Alantra, the global investment banking and asset management specialist, has acted as Euronext Growth Advisor (“EGA”), Global Coordinator and Bookrunner to Soluzione Tasse on its IPO on AIM Italia.  

Soluzione Tasse offers tax planning and accounting services to Italian Micro, Small and Mid Enterprises (MSMEs). With process innovation, advanced marketing tools and proprietary AI powered software, Soluzione Tasse has disrupted the technological activity of traditional Italian tax advisors.  In 2020, Soluzione Tasse had a diversified portfolio of more than 4,000 clients.

Alantra acted as EGA, Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the IPO. The placement price was set at €2.70 per share, resulting in a market capitalisation of approximately €40 million. The total amount of the placement is approximately €13 million. Aimed exclusively at qualified Italian and foreign institutional investors, the placement was successfully closed with 4,815,000 new shares.

This is the fourth IPO completed by Alantra’s Italian team in 2021 and it marks the thirteenth IPO advised by Alantra in Italy since the launch of its Italian Equity Capital Market practice.
