Euronext Growth Advisor and Global Coordinator

Milan – Alantra has acted as Euronext Growth Advisor and Joint Global Coordinator for the successful Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) and listing of Smart Capital S.p.A. (“Smart Capital”) on Euronext Growth Milan (“EGM”). Trading of the company’s shares commences today, marking an initial market capitalization of approximately € 44mn.

Smart Capital is a permanent capital industrial holding company specializing in private investments in public equity and private equity with a focus on small and medium-sized Italian companies, that are either listed and unlisted or in the pre-IPO phase, operating both in Italy and abroad. The Company is characterized by an entrepreneurial and long-term approach, reflected in its investment strategy: Smart Capital seeks investment opportunities in leading companies within market niches, with a proven management team and value creation plans aligned with best ESG practices.
