London –Alantra has acted as financial advisor to Nails inc., the UK’s leading nail care brand, on its sale to Pacific World Corporation, a leading innovator and supplier of beauty care products to the North American Food, Drug and Mass (FDM) retail channels, backed by Prospect Capital.

Nails inc., founded over 20 years ago by Thea Green MBE, initially operated more than 50 premium nail bars across the UK.
