Alantra advises Livingbridge on its acquisition of Imagesound

10 May 2022 – Alantra, the global investment banking firm, has advised Livingbridge on the acquisition of Imagesound. The business is a tech-enabled digital media service company, providing in-store audio and visual solutions to a large number of blue-chip retail and leisure customers.
Founded in 2000 in the United Kingdom, Imagesound has grown its presence with global offices in Los Angeles, Miami, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Their music curation can be experienced in more than 70,000 locations in 160 countries thanks to their partnership with ECI in 2016.
The investment from Livingbridge will help Imagesound to continue to drive its organic growth globally and underpin an ongoing buy and build strategy.
This transaction further underlines Alantra’s expertise in technology. Recent activity includes advising Sovereign Capital Partners on its acquisition of Actica Consulting and Bridgepoint on its acquisition of Team ITG.
