Alantra advises Interior Manufacturing Group Inc. on sale to MEDIA 6 SA

Alantra, a leading global investment bank and asset management firm, has advised Interior Manufacturing Group Inc. (“IMG” or the “Company”) on its sale to French Euronext-listed MEDIA 6 SA (MEDIA 6) (ENXTPA:EDI), a leading expert in point-of-purchase advertising, shop fixtures and retail design for the prestige cosmetics and luxury goods markets. Alantra acted as exclusive financial advisor to IMG. The transaction signed on December 13, 2019 and closed on January 24, 2020. The deal value was not disclosed.

IMG is a leading Canadian manufacturer of ultra high-end retail display fixtures for premier clients in the prestige cosmetic and luxury markets. The company operates six manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Mississauga, Ontario, offering in-house design and production capabilities in metal, wood, plastic, and lighting to North American clients. IMG has more than 200 employees and averaged 11% yearly growth between 2012 and 2019.

The Alantra team advising IMG included Ashley E. Rountree (Managing Director & Partner, Paris), David Waldstein (Director, Boston), Jon Tetirick (Vice President, Boston) and Tom Kulesa (Analyst, Boston).
