Alantra advises Inoapps on its investment by Abry Partners

NEW YORK – Alantra, a leading global investment bank and asset management firm, is pleased to announce that Inoapps, a global Oracle partner with deep cloud expertise, has received an investment from Abry Partners, a leading Boston-based private equity firm. The transaction closed in Q1 2022 and the deal value was not disclosed.
Founded in 2006 and dual headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland and Houston, Texas, Inoapps helps clients deliver successful project outcomes using Oracle on-premises and cloud solutions, orchestrating people, processes and technology for operational excellence and fast return on investments. An award-winning Oracle partner, Inoapps leverages its OneTeam methodology to support its customers with strategic enterprise consulting, transformational implementations, managed services, training, support services and its own software products. The investment will accelerate both acquisition-based and organic growth, as well as continue to drive the innovation of new services and increase headcount.
