Alantra advises Inoapps on its acquisition of Tier1

New York – Alantra, a leading global investment bank and asset management firm, is pleased to announce that Inoapps, a global Oracle partner with deep cloud expertise, has acquired Tier1, a Pittsburgh-based Oracle services specialist. The transaction closed in August and the deal value was not disclosed.
Founded in 2006 and dual headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, and Houston, Texas, Inoapps helps clients deliver successful project outcomes using Oracle on-premises and cloud solutions, orchestrating people, processes, and technology for operational excellence and fast return on investments. An award-winning Oracle partner, Inoapps leverages its OneTeam methodology to support its customers with strategic enterprise consulting, transformational implementations, managed services, training, support services, and its own software products.
The acquisition extends Inoapps’ capability in the U.S. market and brings an enhanced focus to Oracle on-premise Technology and Applications projects and support services. This aligns with the demands of customers looking to maximize their return on existing Oracle investments, while exploring their journey to the Cloud. Inoapps also inherits Tier1’s substantial managed services business and private cloud infrastructure
