Madrid – Alantra, the global investment banking firm and asset management specialist, is pleased to announce that it has advised Haya Real Estate S.A.U. (“Haya Real Estate”), on the sale of Haya Titulización S.G.F.T., S.A.U. (“Haya Titulización”) to Beka Finance Group.

Haya Titulización is a leading company which operates in Spain and Portugal and with more than 25 years of experience in the structuring, execution, management and administration of securitization funds and bank assets funds (FABS). The company offers a comprehensive service that includes all the stages involved in the standard securitisation process: creation and management of the fund, administration of securitised loans, among others.
Having launched more than €200bn securitizations, Haya Titulización is the undisputed leader in the design, structuring and management of innovative NPL transactions.
Beka Finance, headquartered in Madrid and with offices in Lisbon, focuses on three business lines: Investment Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management. The company has operated in the securitisation industry since 2020 after the acquisition of Sagres – Sociedade De Titulariza§âo De Créditos S.A., one of the market leaders in Portugal.
