Alantra advises Foghorn Consulting on its sale to Evoque Data Center Solutions

New York – Alantra, the independent global mid-market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that Foghorn Consulting, a Silicon Valley-based provider of cloud consulting and cloud engineering services, has been sold to Evoque Data Center Solutions, a global provider of colocation and connectivity services. The transaction closed on June 9, 2021 and the deal value was not disclosed.
