Alantra advises Embee Mobile on sale to Similarweb

San Francisco – Alantra, a leading global investment bank and asset management firm, is pleased to announce that Embee Mobile, a mobile insights and behavioral data provider, has been sold to Similarweb Ltd. (NYSE:SMWB). The transaction closed on November 15, 2021 and the deal value was not disclosed.
Based in San Francisco, Embee is the industry leader in providing global mobile insight solutions. Embee’s fully opt-in panels and patented measurement capabilities enable its global clients to gain unprecedented understanding into preferences and behaviors of the mobile consumer.
