Alantra advised the shareholders of Eco-Lógica on the sale of 50.1% of the company to Grupo Prisma. Eco-lógica is a high growth waste management company headquartered in Santiago with operations throughout the central and southern regions of Chile. The Company offers unique waste management services mainly targeted at the manufacturing industry and was the first in the Chilean waste industry to consolidate as a full waste management services provider.
