Paris – Alantra announces that it has advised the shareholders of Dhatim, French publisher of SaaS software specialized in Artificial Intelligence, on their sale of the group to Cegid.
Founded in 2008, Dhatim is a French independent software vendor of solutions that free companies from tedious manual tasks thanks to Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Dhatim is well-known for its brands Conciliator Expert, fully automated accounting entry solution for accountants and bookkeepers, and Conciliator Pay, fully automated solution used to control, cross-check, optimize and file Nominative Social Declarations (DSN).
Cegid is a major player in the digital transformation of businesses, offering cloud services and management software. Today it is the No. 3 SaaS provider in France, with more than 3,000 employees and €480 million in revenues.
This operation represents a remarkable reference for Alantra, which reinforces its expertise in the new technologies sector.
