Alantra acts as Euronext Growth Advisor and Global Coordinator in Datrix’ IPO

Milan – Alantra, the global investment banking and asset management specialist, has acted as Euronext Growth Advisor (“EGA”) and Global Coordinator to Datrix on its IPO on Euronext Growth Milan.
Datrix is an Italian company active in the field of Big Data analysis, focused on developing AI-based solutions of augmented analytics and machine learning to promote its customers’ data-driven growth. With four offices in Italy (Milan, Rome, Cagliari and Viterbo) and one in the U.S. (New York), Datrix serves over 300 active customers. Datrix’ platform collects data from different sources and applies ROI enhancing solutions, Artificial Intelligence methodologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing) and proprietary algorithms to generate Augmented Analytics solutions in four business verticals: Sales & Marketing, Fintech, Data Monetization, and Machine Learning Model Serving.
Alantra acted as EGA and Global Coordinator in the IPO. The placement was aimed at qualified Italian and foreign institutional investors, successfully closing with 3,659,000 new shares and a price set at €4.10 per share. The first day of trading on the Stock Exchange will be Friday 3rd December 2021.
With this transaction, Alantra completes its fifth IPO in Italy in 2021, following the IPOs of Soluzione Tasse, Giglio.com, Aton Green Storage and Almawave.
