Alantra advises BlueGranite on its sale to 3Cloud Solutions, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors

New York – Alantra, the global investment banking firm and asset management specialist, is pleased to announce that BlueGranite, a data and analytics consulting firm and Microsoft partner, has been sold to 3Cloud Solutions, the largest pure-play US-based Microsoft Azure partner and a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors. The transaction closed on August 15th, 2022, and the deal value was not disclosed.
With 25 years of experience, BlueGranite is an innovative data and analytics consulting firm providing clients with business impacts through cloud-scale analytics. A premier Microsoft partner, BlueGranite leverages Azure-based platforms to deliver to a diverse client portfolio including Fortune 1000 companies and mid-market businesses. BlueGranite’s team of highly regarded data experts, with impressive technical depth and industry experience, will be joining 3Cloud to build on its 700 full-time Azure experts in the US.
