Alantra advised B4, an Italian private equity group, on the sale of 100% of the capital of Agrimaster S.p.A. to the Italian private equity investor Alcedo SGR S.p.A.

Agrimaster S.p.A. is an Italian group recognized amongst the European leaders in the design and manufacturing of machinery and equipment for the agricultural industry. The group’s offer is focused on soil maintenance and soil preparation machinery and key products are shredders, power harrows, rotary tillers and bush cutters.

Alcedo SGR S.p.A. is an Italian independent private equity firm headquartered in Treviso. The firm invests in small-medium sized companies with sound fundamentals, high growth potential and distinctive features in their reference markets.
