Alantra advises Automation Logic on its sale to Version 1

London – Alantra, a global investment banking and asset management specialist, has advised the shareholders of Automation Logic on the company’s sale to Version 1, a leading digital transformation partner based in Dublin. Automation Logic is an IT consultancy specialising in DevOps transformation and delivery.
Founded in 2010 in London, multi award-winning cloud experts Automation Logic’s mission is to share everything they know about Cloud and DevOps with their clients, helping them build the teams and infrastructure they need to thrive in the digital economy.
With over 160 employees, Automation Logic is partnered with technology giants AWS and Microsoft, enabling the organisation to offer a diverse range of cloud solutions to customers including the Ministry of Justice, HM Revenue & Customs and Lloyds Banking Group.
Alantra’s UK Technology team, including James Chapman-Andrews, Simon Roberts, Sanjit Benawra and Josh Woodage, advised Automaton Logic.

The Automation Logic deal is subject to clearance by the National Security and Investment Act 2021.
