Alantra advised Altius Consulting on the sale of a minority stake to MML Capital Partners, LLC

Alantra, the global mid-market investment banking firm, has advised Altius, one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology businesses, on a minority investment by private equity firm MML Capital Partners, that will support its continued UK growth and international expansion.
Altius specialises in helping companies harness their data enabling them to drive improved business performance.Headquartered in London with offices in The Netherlands and India, Altius employs over 250 staff and delivers advisory, data platform, performance management and data science solutions and services.
This is the latest in a series of transactions in the technology consultancy sector advised by Alantra and comes just weeks after Livingbridge’s investment in leading management consultancy Vendigital, also advised by Alantra.
The Alantra team comprised Richard Sanders, Simon Roberts, William Cooke and Harry Sparks.
