Iñigo Mateache is Partner of Alantra based in Madrid. He has 14 years of M&A and Debt Advisory experience.
He Joined Alantra in 2007 in the Madrid office and has participated in a significant number of M&A transactions across Industrials and Business Services sectors in Continental Europe, China, South East Asia and the US. Mr. Mateache has as well significant experience in debt advisory, including restructuring (over €5bn refinanced), LBO financing or alternative lending.
From 2018 to 2020, Mr. Mateache was based in Shanghai (China) developing Alantra’s investment banking division in Asia and coordinating cross-border M&A activities in China and South East Asia. He advised Chinese entrepreneurs and Asian and European multinationals on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Mr. Mateache holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CUNEF.
