Alantra appoints Global Head of Human Capital

Alantra has appointed Andy Robinson as Global Head of Human Capital, effective immediately. In this role, Andy will be based in London and will drive Alantra’s global talent strategy across its 22 geographies

London – Alantra, the independent global mid-market investment banking and asset management firm, has appointed Andy Robinson as Global Head of Human Capital (“HC”). He brings over 25 years of experience in HC leadership within global financial services firms in both investment banking and asset management and will now drive Alantra’s global HC practice from its London premises.

As part of this international experience, Andy has designed and delivered strategies across all areas of HC, ensuring that the desired culture and behaviours were embedded and that wider business objectives were met through innovative and commercial HC solutions. Prior to joining Alantra, Andy was Head of HR at Jupiter Asset Management. Before that, he was Head of HR for Unicredit CIB in the UK and Global Head of HR at Henderson Global Investors, among others.
