Alantra announces ten promotions to partner

- The appointments add to the seven senior professionals that have joined Alantra as partners across Investment Banking, Asset Management and Corporate Services this year.

Madrid – Alantra, the global investment banking and asset management specialist, is pleased to announce it has promoted ten professionals to partner. These promotions add to the seven senior professionals that have joined Alantra as partners this year.
Additionally, the Firm has introduced 20 senior executives in its newly launched share plan as a first step on the career path towards partnership.

This announcement represents another example of the Firm’s commitment to reinforce its specialised and diverse services and empower the next generation of leaders. Year-to-date, Alantra has hired more than 25 senior professionals, including seven partners, to launch new ventures in Asset Management and reinforce its specialised capabilities in Investment Banking in high-growth sectors such as Healthcare, Technology, Real Estate, and FIG.
These diverse and specialised capabilities have resulted in record deal activity for the Firm. In the first nine months of the year, Alantra has advised on a record-breaking more than 170 deals globally, including 109 M&A transactions, for a total volume of €10 billion. This performance merited the Firm to rank as the #3 independent advisor in Europe and #1 advisor to Private Equity Firms in Europe, per Mergermarket.
In Asset Management, the Firm has launched new strategies (Real Estate Debt, Energy Transition, Solar Energy, and Global Technology), and raised its fee-earning assets under management to €14.1bn, out of which €2.3bn were from its consolidated businesses, and €11.8bn from the partnerships in which Alantra holds a significant stake
